For an urgent property issue that threatens significant damage or makes the home unsafe, follow the emergency contact procedure in your lease. Routine repairs should be submitted by email.

Contact leasing with questions about renewals, authorized occupants, pets, notices, or other lease matters. Requests are not approved unless confirmed in writing.

Document the property’s condition, return required forms on time, and keep your forwarding address current. Before moving out, follow the cleaning, key-return, and utility instructions in your lease.
